CHELSEA SMITH

Head Baker/Owner

Chelsea is native Virgin Islander that later moved to Texas. Chelsea grew up watching her grandmother bake traditional Virgin Islands Tarts which ignited her passion for baking. Turtle Dove Delights is a homage to Chelsea's mother's catering business, Chef of the Turtle Dove. By being her mother's sous chef, she learned impeccable attention to detail and a love for everything baked!
